TULSA, OK __ Tulsa group will stage a march in downtown Tulsa starting at the OKEQ Equality
Center between 10 and 11:30am on Sat. Nov 15.
The Equality Center is located at the corner of 4th and Kenosha downtown, 621 E. 4th Street, phone 918-743-4297. National Day of Protest is in
response to the passage of Prop. 8 and the other Anti-Gay ballot measures. They will march to City Hall then take a different route back to the Center. Please Keep it
Peaceful and Respectful. All are welcome to join.

as a part of the National Day of Protest in
response to the passage of California Prop. 8 and the other Anti-Gay ballot measures at 12:30 P.M. on Saturday, November 15. Carpooling is
encouraged, and carpool groups will be meeting at Angles at 11:30 am and will head to the City Hall at noon. Please, let them know if you're
going to be offering rides from Angles Club.

Mormon Temple, carrying signs and banners, including a 75-foot banner
declaring "God Loves Gay Marriage". This was handsewn for the
demonstration by veteran activist Gilbert Baker, the creator of the

High Court Grants Gay Marriage Rights
Same-sex couples won the right to marry in Connecticut in a historic
ruling by the Supreme Court today. Citing the equal protection clause of
the state constitution, the justices ruled that civil unions were
discriminatory and that the state's "understanding of marriage must yield
to a more contemporary appreciation of the rights entitled to
